These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 3c444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 3c444 platform — including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, or any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Only one account per individual is permitted. Maintaining multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your account is created, you take on full responsibility for all activity carried out under your account credentials. This includes:

• Keeping your password and login details strictly confidential. Do not share your account with any other person.
• Ensuring your contact information — including email address and phone number — remains current and accurate.
• Logging out of your account on shared devices.
• Notifying 3c444 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3c444 will never request your password via email, phone, or any other channel. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].

You are responsible for any bets, games, deposits, or other actions taken while your account is logged in, whether by you or any third party who gains access as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3c444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion charges applied by 3c444 on standard transactions.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include:

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard processing schedule. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined. 3c444 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Funds in your account are not treated as a savings or investment product. 3c444 may impose minimum or maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which will be communicated within the platform at the time of transaction.

5. Betting Rules

Sports betting at 3c444 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI and Test matches, football leagues, esports, and various other competitions. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted subject to sufficient funds in your account at the time of placement.
• Once confirmed on the platform, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where specifically permitted by the platform's cash-out feature (where available).
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet slip is submitted and confirmed constitute the final accepted odds for that bet.
• In-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports is available subject to market availability. Live odds update in real time and accepted bets are binding at the confirmed odds.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market, which are displayed within the betting section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are set at 3c444's discretion and may vary by sport, competition, and account tier.
• 3c444 reserves the right to void any bet where it is found that the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any form of unfair advantage.
• Bets placed in error — including duplicate bets placed rapidly — are the user's responsibility. 3c444 is not obliged to reverse confirmed bets placed in error.

6. Casino & Slots

• All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from approved game providers. Results are determined by the game mechanics and are not influenced by 3c444.
• Each game has individual rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) information, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read these before playing.
